Resident/Fellow Forum 

The CHRISTUS Health Resident/Fellow Forum is held virtually on the second Wednesday of every other month from 12:30 to 1:30 pm. All trainees across all CHRISTUS Health’s residency/fellowship programs are invited and encouraged to attend. The DIO and/or assistant DIO begin each meeting to address any questions or concerns. They then leave the meeting to allow for resident/fellow only discussion. Concerns and relevant topics are presented at the GMEC meeting the following week.

Reporting Concerns 
  • To report a general grievance, complaint, or concern, a resident/fellow should first contact his/her faculty advisor/mentor, chief resident(s), or Program Director. Residents/fellows who are concerned about actions within their program that were not or cannot be resolved with program leadership, are encouraged to confidentially contact the DIO via the GME Office at regarding their concerns. The DIO will work with the resident/fellow and program leadership as a particular situation requires.
