Athletes 8-12 Years Old– CHRISTUS Human Performance Center’s Jump Start Sports Performance Training packages are built for young athletes. We will train you on how to move properly by teaching proper mechanics and movement patterns. We will be putting the FUN in fundamentals.

 

Athletes 12-14 Years Old – CHRISTUS Human Performance Center’s Development Group Training teaches proper mechanics and movement patterns while also developing power, strength and speed.

Athletes 14-18 Years Old – CHRISTUS Human Performance Center’s Advanced Group Training focuses on lean muscle mass, get stronger or more powerful, jump higher, or run faster, our programs are tailored specifically for YOU!
