CHRISTUS Highland Medical Center’s Chest Pain Center Receives Prestigious National Recognition

The American College of Cardiology has recognized CHRISTUS Highland Medical Center for its demonstrated expertise and commitment in treating patients with chest pain. CHRISTUS Highland Medical Center was recently awarded Chest Pain Center Accreditation with Primary PCI based on rigorous onsite evaluation of the staff’s ability to evaluate, diagnose and treat patients who may be experiencing a heart attack.

CHRISTUS Cancer Treatment Center Hosts FREE Annual Skin Cancer Screening Event

May is Skin Cancer Awareness Month and CHRISTUS Cancer Treatment Center is hosting its 30th annual skin cancer screening event in partnership with Dermatology & Skin Surgery on Monday, May 17. Although the 2020 event was cancelled due to COVID-19 restrictions, the free event will be held this year following strict COVID safety protocols.
