Pediatric Infectious Disease Clinic

The conditions we treat range from fever and neutropenia in hospitalized children with cancer to malaria and other tropical infections in returning travelers. We work closely with pediatricians in the community, neonatologists, pediatric intensivists, pediatric emergency physicians, and various other subspecialists to deliver high quality care in a patient- and family-centered care environment.

  • Bacterial skin infections
  • Congenital infections, infections present at birth. 
  • Infections in returning travelers
  • Lymphadenitis
  • Musculoskeletal infections
  • Tuberculosis
  • Unexplained/prolonged fevers
  • Zoonotic infections, infections spread from animals or animal products to people.
