Pulmonology Clinic

CHRISTUS Children's

The Pulmonary Clinic at CHRISTUS Children’s in San Antonio provides care for a wide range of respiratory disorders in addition to asthma and cystic fibrosis.

We see patients with:

  • severe allergies
  • cystic fibrosis
  • asthma
  • pulmonary hypertension
  • sleep disorders
  • muscular dystrophy and other neuromuscular disorders
  • bronchopulmonary dysplasia
  • other chronic lung conditions

While our team can recommend and prescribe many different therapies, the best care comes when there is a strong working relationship between the healthcare team and the family. The basis of this commitment/partnership is what we like to call The Vitamin C's: Commitment to Trust, Communication on Truth, Compassion in Suffering, Creative Conflict for Respect, Unity and Harmony, and a Celebration of Life. It is a partnership in health that leads to greater survival rates and an increased quality of life.
