The ‘main clinic’ for the fellowship is Ortho San Antonio, a key component of CHRISTUS Orthopedics & Sports Medicine, located at 2833 Babcock Rd, Tower II, Suite 435, San Antonio, TX 78229.

CHRISTUS Santa Rosa Family Health Center – Westover Hills

The Family Health Center is home to the Family Medicine Residency and Sports Medicine Fellowship. The fellows will have their continuity and MSK clinics at the FHC. Located at 11130 Christus Hills Medical Plaza 3, Clinics A-D.

OSA Advanced Rehab and Sports Center

The OSA Advanced Rehab and Sports Center is an integral part of the fellows’ education. It is located in close proximity to CHRISTUS Santa Rosa Family Health Center at 3922 Wiseman Blvd., Building 5, San Antonio, TX 78251.
